She really is a fairy. The massages can be very intense some times if that’s what my body needs, the coaching is at times confronting and challenging but i have transformed myself in a great way.

Louiza has been my total wellbeing person for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t change her for the world. Her coaching program in combination with her massages have helped me turn my life around in the best of ways, and I wil be forever grateful. And the infrared sauna blanket is an amazing way to end my massage sessions.

WoW! I had a massage with Louiza combined with infrared led light and infrared sauna blanket and it was just the ultimate experience. Louiza’s massages are the best, she always helps me so much with my body and mind. The infrared light feels so good on the skin and the sauna blanket - I fell asleep the minute I laid in it. What a cleanse!My body and my mind are so thankful for this, everyone should try it.

Louiza is incredible. Her massages are thorough and they really pay off - as a breastfeeding new mom there's little I can do to work on my posture and body, but this is just the thing. It honestly feels like a workout and after going here I always feel infinitely better and stronger. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone and can't wait to book our next session!
