I just completed a coaching program with the Fairy and I am amazed by the difference I see in myself. It did require a lot of devotion but the results are definitely worth it. I have tried so many ways over time to build some healthy habits and get out of my automatic pilot, but also to learn how to handle depression but nothing worked for me. I am speechless. Louiza really took the time to create a very personalized plan for me, which she adjusted every time according to my progress.
