The key is in the name - deep tissue massage - it won’t necessarily be a relaxing massage, as your knots and tension will be released from your body and it can be painful, but afterwards you’ll be thankful for it.

Louiza and her team are brilliant! Always make me feel right at home. Also a big fan of the cozy atmosphere and local vibe. And when I've needed it in the past, Louiza certainly beat me up and gave me the deep tissue massage to correct issues in my back. Went regularly ever since. Highly recommend compared to others I've tried in Amsterdam!
