I had the "pampering day" and it was anything but...it was noisy (I could hear children screaming from the pool during my massage). I was supposed to have two treatments separated by lunch, but the first person lost track of time and went way over, so they cut short my second treatment to account for that. It felt stressful figuring out the situation instead of a relaxing spa day. I let the front desk know and they didn't seem to care at all. The therapist was good Wouldn't go again.
