Very poor service. My wife arrived at 14:10 for an appointment at 15:00 to be told that she was late and there was no time for her to swim first. She was then lectured on arriving late. The treatment was a gift from me and she wrongly assumed I had told her the wrong time. This was not true. My confirmation stated 15:00. They shouldn't lecture clients at all but least of all when the client is in the right.

Handdoeken alleen klein of groot, niet medium Zwembad heel kaal Hele slechte föhn Maar 1 sauna Deuren in sauna veel lawaai Douche in sauna gevaarlijk want kon op heet gezet worden, verbrande bijna mijn hand Gedroogd fruit (abrikozen en noten) bij ontvangt ws bacteriën want ik kreeg later last van buikpijn

Lovely massage! The spa environment is beautiful and I also liked the fact that it is possible to relax with a cup of tea afterwards.
