I had a brow treatment. The lady was very nice. However, after I had the treatment she noted that one brow was ticker than the other and had to re-do it again. I was already having my coat on and was heading to the door..So I was relieved that she saw it then but it should be done before.
At the reception they asked me what I wanted to drink. I received a fiji water bottle and thought it was complimentary as I am used to receive in five star hotels'spa. Unfortunately, they charged me 4 Euro for this. I don t care paying for a bottle of water but I expect a better service from a spa in a five star hotel. Water bottles should be complementary.

The prenatal massage was super, the whole spa is amazing, but I got a rather chatty masseuse who did´t stop talking for the first 20 min of my massage....all forgiven as her hands work miracles!
