Went on manicure without selecting specialist. I was on other location already so expected that result would be at least on the same level. I wasn’t aware that Vicky is new and she still learning things. In total manicure took 2.5 hours! Result wasn’t good as well - I have cuts on two fingers and coverage isn’t accurate. I got a discount from guys which I appreciated but I wasted so much time and not happy with manicure. However I liked atmosphere and going to return but to another specialist
