This session was amazing! It was above and beyond what I had expected. Albert is kind, attentive, supportive and experience. There's time to understand your needs before and time to unpack any thoughts / feelings after the massage therapy. I felt really seen, not just for my tense muscles but the why behind the tension. I had the most unbelievable experience of opening my diaphragm to release built up tension and negative energy. I left the session a head taller and with the straightest back!TY
