Stagiaire gebruikte de verkeerde soak off en daardoor duurde het veel langer. Personeel kwam niet heel geïnteresseerd over, leek alsof ze er geen zin in hadden. Er werd vervolgens wel goed met me meegedacht hoe op te lossen dat er tijdgebrek was voor de gehele behandeling. Maar de gellak liet al na 1 dag los. Ik zou deze salon niet aanraden, daarom ben ik ook ergens anders heen gegaan om de gellak te herstellen.

First of all my wife presented me this treatment, so it should fill special, but it didn’t. The manicure was really poor, I needed to fix my nails at home after the procedure. Pedicure was also poorly made, that what my wife told me. Also the procedure should take 2x40-45 minutes but we were ready in 40 minutes.
We payed more than 80€ and got the same quality as I do it myself once a week after the shower (and I am really bad in that), instead of being treated by a professional.

I had an overall great experience which started with a nice welcome at the entrance and then the waxing was finished super fast and I got some useful tips. Diana was very nice and did a great job.
