The soak-off was well done. However, it was disappointing to see that the way my nails were painted makes it seem that I already need a new manicure (the nail bed and sides of the nail are not painted). Also, there is still cuticle left in the nail bed and sides of the nails. Finally, I didn’t get a basic massage which I am used to receiving when getting a manicure. Apparently I got a “basic” manicure, I didn’t know this. It would be better to have a description of what’s included in each manicure option to have a better idea of what to expect. I am really disappointed with the overall manicure I got, especially considering how much money I paid, so I won’t be coming back here and will not recommend it to others.
