I booked online Gellak for hands and feet at the price of 30 euros each, 60 euros total, but I had to pay 79 euros because they told me that my hands had a complete manicure.
First of all I never asked for it, and second they literally just cleaned my nails and put gellak like with my feet….
They were also trying to sell me shampoo and other treatments at any costs.
A suggestion: either you pay in advanced or make clear that you will only pay for what you ask. Disappointed
