Hele fijne en bijzondere massage waarbij je in totale staat van ontspanning komt. Spierspanning klachten volledig verdwenen en gevoel alsof ik dagen heb bijgeslapen. Kan deze massage bij Astrid absoluut aanraden.

Great. I am a recreational runner. Had a flare-up of ITBS (iliotibial band syndrome) which had been causing some pain and discomfort for 5-6 weeks prior to my appointment. Astrid got the tightness out of my hip, clearing up the ITBS pretty much. Definitely going back soon. Thanks Astrid!
