Pretty good limphatic drainage massage and gentle body management. Felt energized and lighter afterwards.
Communication and the intake talk wasn't great though and I didn't feel very welcomed/accommodated. Also would have expected a bit more explanation about the massage, maybe some further questions about the issues I mentioned at the beginning, as well as some explanation of the effects to expect after the treatment, any aftercare etc. It was a good massage but will probably not be back

Great at figuring out the trigger points and getting rid of knots and “stuck” nerve endings

Received a great massage from Astrid. She is very knowledgeable with an expert technique. I felt comfortable throughout our session and so energised afterward. I'd happily recommend her to anyone and will be booking her in the future.

Astrid is erg vriendelijk. Ik kwam bij haar met nek en schouderklachten. Het lukte mij desondanks ook goed om te ontspannen. Ik kom hier graag terug.

Altijd heel fijn om bij Astrid een massage te boeken, ze heeft heel veel ervaring, luistert goed naar je klachten. Na de massage voel je je 10x beter en helemaal ontspannen! Love it!!! Zeker een aanrader
