Second time trying this salon. Last time was with Raquel for a colour and cut which was OK. This time was with Filipe. I had a negative experience with Felipe, He was extremely rude and behaved like my appointment was an inconvenience to him - he seemed more interested in chatting with other staff. He also took a very long time to colour my hair (almost 2 hours) and did not know how to cut a textured fringe.

Super fijn salon met heel erg professioneel en aardig personeel. Kwaliteit en tevredenheid van de klant staat hoog bij hun. Super blij met het eind resultaat. Eindelijk heb ik een fijne salon voor mijn haar gevonden.

Philip was very easy to get along with, asked specifically what I’d like done with my hair, was very professional and good with my short, thick hair. I felt that he got my wishes right away and I felt comfortable. Will definitely return.
