I told the staff I'm already on the way and the app still state that appointment the agreed appointment time.
In the end I have to reschedule the appointment again but it was an inconvenience. I still have the email of them rescheduling the appointment of the agreed time and the time without notice.
Other than that, my lash was done nicely and everything else was good.
