I was 5mins late, so I wasn’t able to have my appointment, even after apologising and explaining my reason. The next customer wasn’t yet at the location and I was very flexible for another booking at anytime in the future. However, because I was 5mins late and yet with 10mins available for my thread, my booking was cancelled and with no refund option. I understand it was my mistake and I did apologize for that. Nevertheless, it would be my first time and now was for sure, my last.
