The treatment and the result is OK. I was a bit unhappy with having almost 30 min delay with an appointment that should last 30 min total.

Kapster knipt prima en vlug, praat niet veel (vind ik fijn), maar mag wel iets beter opletten met föhnen (soms te warm/dichtbij). Verder wel een beetje een opdringerige collega die graag producten wil verkopen (maar ik snap het ook wel aangezien het nieuw is).
