The service provided was unprofessional, felt rushed, and was not customer-focused. I was charged triple the price of what was stated online even though what was completed in the salon exactly matched the services selected online. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The staff was either completely silent or only spoke amongst themselves. After asking for natural highlights, the colorist slapped on thick bleach without any care. My hair ended up 4 different colors of blonde (white, brassy, yellow, etc), my previously healthy hair is now fried and falling out in chunks, and the deep blue toner she let sit on my hair for was too long caused 1/4 of my hair to be blue 1 month later. Another woman cut my hair (without even brushing it all the way out first) while the other tried to brush and blow-dry my damaged hair at the same time. I tried to hide my horrified tears but both women then teamed up on me demanding I stop crying and to be happy with what they did (not accepting fault on their end). I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I ended up having to spend 500+ EUR to get my hair fixed elsewhere as I had tried to kindly and professionally contact AMS regarding a fix but they threatened me with legal action and blocked me. I am left depressed with damaged hair and out of so much money because I made the mistake of visiting this salon.
