Very unsatisfied: hairdresser could not e.g. blow dry my hair as requested. Constructive feedback provided, as she said, stressed her. So, I decided to pay and leave. I expected to deal with a professional and polite person, open to make and receive comments. I felt she was not bothered, at all, to lose the client. I was overcharged, not satisfied and won’t go back.
