I am disappointed with my last appointment. I had my appointment for shellac but right before going home the gel already fell of on one of my nails. And old shellac was still on that nail.. it’s the first time it happens after a few times going to that nail salon.

Nagels zijn ongelijk gevijld, werd niet gevraagd naar wensen, werknemers spraken geen Engels/Nederlands. Voelde me erg ongewenst, er nagels werden afgeraffeld, base coat werd maar voor de helft aangebracht. Thuis aangekomen moest ik zelf m’n nagels vijlen om ze in dezelfde vorm te krijgen.

He barely speaks English, so it was a bit of a weird and ruff conversation. I showed him a picture with the design I wanted and he made it completely different but luckily he removed it for free. He didn't clean the bar or any of the stuff from the customer before me, a bit disgusting inappropriate in those times.

Was perfect however nothing is sterilised. I would expect if you cut into someone’s skin you don’t share tha same tool. No sanitisation whatsoever. Please clean your tools, including nail brushes. You can pass HIV. Please please CLEAN
