Got to wait 7 minutes since a client prior to me wanted some extra nail-arts, can’t blame the technician thought since he was very fast and efficient with my set 😍

This establishment does not value customer loyalty at all. I’ve been doing my nails here regularly for ages. And each time I have to wait between 10 to 30 minutes to start but when I called asking for some flexibility because I was going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, they refused and I am being penalized as a customer. Now they demand prepayment. No thanks. There are several other places. You’ve just lost a very loyal customer!
