I had a rushed 30mins refill because of lack of time management from the salon part! You can all imagine the result!
It’s 2022 please focus on customer experience!

First, I was asked if I want long nails, I said yes, because mine were quite long. She chopped them off, as she thought I wanted fake nails.
It wasn't that big of a deal. However, the manicure was done in a rush (even though no one was scheduled after me), and therefore looked bad (missed few spots)
I don't think that it was worth the money at all.

The place was smelly and dirty. Little attention to the client. I asked to not use the electric file because my nails are sensitive and they went ahead saying that there are no other option… not true from previous experience.

The nail artist was very efficient and quick. She carefully checked if everything was done correctly at the end of the treatment.
