I booked an appointment for nail paint removal and a manicure, and am fairly disappointed with the service I received. I had dipping powder on my nails (which they said was acrylic and not true) and instead of taking it off properly with acetone, cotton and foil, they quickly filed the top layer and then just pluck out dipping powder with an acrylic nail which was almost a bit scary and a little painful. Instead of using cotton to remove nail paint, they used tissue which didn’t work very well either. To pay 20 euros only to have it removed like that is an absolute waste of money. Additionally, the 26 euro manicure lasted maybe 10 mins including the soaking in essentially cold water which was again only a minute or 2 at the maximum. I’ve left with two of my nails bleeding because of over cutting and cuticle over cut. It almost seemed like they just wanted to get me finished to quickly have the next customer on with an aim to just wrap up as many as possible. I normally don’t leave such reviews but definitely not going back here again.

Helaas zijn mijn teennagels niet mooi afgewerkt en eerste instantie niet kort genoeg geknipt. Daarnaast niet genoeg eelt weggehaald. Het werd voor mijn gevoel afgeraffeld.
