It was a horrible experience - the products were covered with dust, she did not speak English at all and she was not professional. She shaped the nail unevenly and after that she didn’t even clean the nails, she just put the base coat without cleaning them up. I was supposed to get French shellac but when she did on my little nail I had to ask her to stop and remove it because it was just awful.. So in the end she removed everything but even that she didn’t remove it properly, I still have some shellac left on my nails. I asked the owner to refund partially but he was so rude and didn’t want to refund me the right amount, saying that the service was already received (which was absolutely poor!). Normally I do not like sharing negative reviews, but this shop really deserves one and other customers should know about it. Please clean the shop and train the people accordingly. Customers also invest their time and money to use the shop/ service, thus is no joke.

Erg vriendelijke, professionale dame. Smeert je niks aan maar kijkt naar wat jij nagels nodig hebben en aankunnen. Ze was ook erg snel en de kwaliteit is beter dan bij de meeste salons die een stuk duurder zijn. Erg verfrissend!
