I was a bit surprised at first by the size of the salon, but once seated I felt in great hands. I expressed the complaints that needed to be fixed and was well advised and taken care of. The team is professional, knows how to listen to specific needs and/or fears (past experiences elsewhere gone wrong) and advise accordingly. Really nice vibe also, I felt like a person not a number as can be the case at other salons.

Ik ben op tijd geholpen en werd warm verwelkomd. Er was geen geforceerd gesprek wat ik persoonlijk fijn vind. Tijdens het lakken van mijn nagels ging alles in overleg bijv. lengte, vorm, kleur, aantal lagen, tevredenheid etc. Kortom: fijne salon! Wat wel beter had gekund is de afwerking langs de nagelriemen ik zag dit helaas pas bij thuiskomst.
