The appointment was at 12:35. Standing in front of a closedd shop. I waited more than 30 minutes before she arrived and opent the shop. I already paid but nothing was offered or excuses were made. I think arriving 30 minutes late for your own cusomter is really bad.

Het was goed, wel wat weinig contact met mij. Was veel met haar collega aan het kletsen tijdens de behandeling. Mijn nagels zijn wel heel goed behandeld.
