No atmosphere at all, no music playing, not a single word spoken between me and the beautician. Happy with how my nails came out but the overall experience for the money I paid was lacking, wanted to feel pampered but instead felt a bit awkward. General cleanliness could be improved overall too.

Not great! The manicurist clearly didn’t care and the manicure was lumpy, badly filed and messy. Won’t go back!
