Manicure was not close to what you usually get as manicure.Shaping of the nails was good.

The Shellac was removed with a mechanical tool and the top layer of my nails was removed with it (by accident I assume). Because of that my nails feel very sensitive and brittle, something I have never before and I get Shellac manicures for almost 10 years now. Each nail looks different too; not the almond shape I wanted. And on top of my nails now looking misshapen + feeling painful way too little polish was used. So there is no glossy finish but a textured matt finish instead.

Worst manicure of my life. Asked for a colour that they didn’t have anymore, ended up with another that was almost entirely dried up too. My appointment included shaping and trimming but the guy did not trim at all. My nails had totally unequal lengths. After three days it already started chipping and three of my nails chipped off almost entirely. I know it’s not a high-end salon but a treatment like this should at least be good for a week.
