I'm a regular customer, but this time at the salon was very busy due to a staffing issue (so I was informed). Unfortunately, also the level of work was not up to the usual standard. At the end of the session I was informed the full price of the treatment (52e) (lower than I had paid in advance, 59e), but then told there was no price difference and I received no refund, so I was left quite confused...
