Work table was dirty & dusty from many others treated before me. Half drunk Starbucks on work surface and a face mask left behind. Soaking my first hand for 10 secs, she began to DIG into my cuticles. Cutting too deep and my flinching and saying "ouch', I was in pain and she saw it! She had to re-do two of my nails, then her colleague had to TAKE OVER because she couldn't make them look nice! I walked out with over cut and bleeding cuticles, over-shaved base nails and a messy paint job.
