My appointment started 10 minutes late, and out of the 40 minutes scheduled the nail stylist used only 30. My surprise and dismay was therefore quite big when she denied my request for an extra layer of shine polish. Saying my appointment was finished and she had to attend the next customer, while In fact we still had 10 minutes on the clock. She rushed through my appointment leaving a poor pedicure. Bad scheduling and bad service.
