The table and equipment was not cleaned, there was glue from old treatment that got stuck on my skin from the table. They did not work on my nails and cuticles almost at all or push them down/trim and went straight into the gel part. I showed the length and colour I wanted but they did what they wanted instead.. Would not go again :(
