I rarely write reviews but oh I loved her! She’s in the back room of Twinkle Nail Salon and even though it’s one lady, she is so detailed and really takes time perfecting your nails. I came in with a newly done set that I hated, and she fixed them up for me so nicely and for an amazing price!! So going back
