They cut a piece of my finger off while removing the acrylic nails. I had skin under it and they didn’t see it. They continued leaving me with an open wound, and one nail not removed. Salon is dirty, they clearly don’t clean the tools they are using for nails. Paid the full price. Traumatic and painful experience, please don’t go there, worse experience ever. I’m lucky if I don’t get my wound infected or worse considering the hygiene of the place. Not sure how a place like this can be open still

Ik had een afspraak en was op tijd, maar zonder overleg was mijn manicure opeens 20 minuten later. Tijdens de manicure kwam een man die ook in de zaak werkt achter me zitten en heeft non-stop met de styliste gepraat. Ik voelde me daardoor niet echt welkom. Bovendien liet bij 2 nagels de lak al na 3 dagen los. Geen aanrader.
