The music was too loud and very unpleasant. I had to wait 30 minutes and on the website it saids that the treatment will take an hour but in reality it only was 35 minutes. Because I had to wait 30 minutes and I had another appointment after the treatment I didn’t complain about the time.
Always pay in advance since they will charge you more once you pay in the salon.
The treatment itself was not good either.

Ik kom aan bij de afspraak en de kapper blijkt ziek. Niemand heeft me vantevoren iets erover gezegd. Er was geen vervanging dus of ik op een andere dag terug kon komen, schandalig.

After booking the appointment, I showed up and had my lashes installed. The beautician was very sweet, which was the only upside to this treatment and why I'm not giving only 1 star.
I asked for natural looking lashes, and it was an okay job. Not exactly what I was expecting but not terrible. I also had my brows shaped. Whilst shaping my brows with threading and blading, I was concerned that I wasn't given a warm compress to open up my pores, nor was I given an alcohol swipe to disinfect and close my pores after. The result ? Beautiful brows for 1 day, followed by 2 weeks of battling the WORST spot/acne breakout I have had on my face in Years.
When it came to payment for my brows, I was informed that in addition to the brow fee, the lashes actually cost almost twice what I actually booked and paid for, because without asking, she gave me a mixed lashes treatment. Thankfully I had no cash or card on me, but I was told that I could pay the difference at my next appointment.
To top it all off, it's now 15 days after my treatment and not a single extension is still attached to my lashes. They've all fallen off during daily activities & sleep. I can safely say I will not be coming back here.
