Ik vond de behandelingen goed uitgevoerd, maar het personeel niet zo heel prettig. De man die mijn wenkbrauwen harste rook naar sigarettenrook en was heel kortaf. Hij liep naar de kast en zijn 'donkerbruin' waarna ik zei dat ik geen te donkere wenkbrauwen zijn, waarop ik een snauw kreeg 'weet ik. Dit is al 12 jaar mijn werk'. Dat vond ik niet heel erg professioneel en vriendelijk.

Worst gellac nails I have had so far. At first the staff messed up completely, filed my nails down so hard and rough that the skin on the side of my fingers came off too. Didnt shorten or file the tip of the nails at all and applied nailpolish to part of my hand by accident. When I pointed this out and asked if they could clean it up a little bit they suddenly decided to do everything again from the start, filed the polish off and my nails even more. Then they gave me a free manicure to make up for the inconvenience which I know was meant nicely but it also meant I spent another hour there! Would not recommend.
