Anne is a really lovely person and I had a good time at the salon. Unfortunately, the hair did not turn out as I wished though. I showed a picture in the beginning and warned that my hair has a lot of pigment so going blonder is tough. After dying the hair I noticed no difference at all. This was disappointing and I was told it would get lighter over time and using specific silver shampoo. After a month and buying the products recommended, I see no difference. Such a shame!
