I didn’t receive the treatment because they made me wait 30 minutes (happens every single time) specifically the old lady is angry and rude. They can keep the money, this is the last time I’ve been here.

I’ve been coming for years, and I’m continuously kept to wait for my appointment for 15-30 sometimes even 45 minutes late. The old lady is always angry and fake. Today is the last time I’ve come here. They ignored my booking for a pedicure and Medicure simultaneously and then pretended ‘not to know’ or not to understand. After they made me wait 30 minutes. They can keep the pay for the pedicure that I didn’t get, good luck with your salon
