Client for more than a year and despite of the unorganised appointments disrespecting their clients time, I have never made any complaint,I made an appointment online for my lashes refill and nails refil, and payed online for both services. I arrived 30 minutes late, and she was very rude and said there is extra fee charge for the fact I was late, and also wanted me to pay 10 euro extra because they used a lot of product for my nail refill.I am disappointed with the way I was treated.

De nagellak ziet er mooi uit, ben alleen niet heel tevreden met de vorm die het geworden is, is iets te recht terwijl ik vroeg om oval squared. Afspraak was ineens 45 min vervroegd maar later teruggezet naar de oorspronkelijke tijd.
