I didn’t get solar nails but treatwell is asking me to review solar nails. I got a gelnail removal and had to wait thirty minutes. When I asked the lady hoe much linger she stopped treating her other client and started taking my nails off. I mean, thanks cause I was in a rush and had to be somewhere but it’s so unprofessional? Also, making me wait longer than 10 minutes is ridiculous. Don’t open time slots if you can’t make it. Another client left without her removal becausr she had to wait.
