Normaal gesproken erg positief over gellak bij Anni, maar nu werd ik geholpen door een collega. Zij werkte erg slordig en heel snel. Helaas dit keer ontevreden.

I think it was my 4th time at the salon, Ani is very experienced and very precise. Always very happy with my nails and coming from Leiden specially for her!! Highly recommend!

Appointment took 2 hrs and 24 minutes!!!! Acrylic refill. My appointment was scheduled at 15:00, I came in on time however they asked me to come back in 30 minutes. finally at 14:45 we started and they gave me a amateur nail artist; it took her 1 hr to take the polish of. The manager had to take over, then another 45 minutes to refill and colour. I was Looking forward to my day off, instead I spent the whole afternoon at the nail salon with a bunch of amateurs wasting my time.
