been visiting this nail salon for a year and always been happy with the end result but this is not the case today. I received a painful manicure where my cuticles were cut / left to bleed. I asked to keep the length of my nail and then then they were filed down by at least half of the original length. The final look of the manicure is very bad with white pieces left all around my nails. I thought cuticle oil may help this but the oil was applied half way up my fingers, instead of the cuticles.
