I’ve been coming for years, and I’m continuously kept to wait for my appointment for 15-30 sometimes even 45 minutes late. The old lady is always angry and fake. Today is the last time I’ve come here. They ignored my booking for a pedicure and Medicure simultaneously and then pretended ‘not to know’ or not to understand. After they made me wait 30 minutes. They can keep the pay for the pedicure that I didn’t get, good luck with your salon

I’m frustrated that I’m always made to wait. Especiallyww when I’m rushing from work, 15 minutes to 30 minutes waiting time. It’s disrespectful.

They are always very nice here! I had accidentally booked the wrong appointment which they helped me with. I also came in 30min earlier and they were ready to help me right away!
