Had my old gel removed, got my nails filed a bit shorter and then new shellack applied. Very happy with the results - not too thick and very neatly applied. Very happy with the over all look and feel of my nails and the experience.
Only constructive feedback: maybe the files used should be changed more frequently because there seemingly was lots of residue from previous customers on the one that was used on me.

Do not go here!!! If you book an appointment you ALWAYS have to wait 15 to 45 minutes because they are always working on someone else when you walk in. Even if you made the appointment days prior. They ruined my lashes. It was full of hard glue and the lashes were crooked. They refused to acknowledge that the lashes were not done properly and didn’t want to give my money back. They did offer to fix them. Why would you fix my lashes if there is nothing wrong with them? They are money hungry.

I rarely leave comments on treatwell however my last two experiences here have made me quite frustrated. Booking via treatwell never works, I always manage to pay more in Salon. Was told 15 extra, ended up paying 25 on top of what I booked.
