Was very convinced from all the great reviews, when I came in I gave reference pictures (asked for a long bob) and pretty much got one straight cut across my hair - I could have done this myself. Didnt even bother to cut off the weight off the bottom of my hair or to give it a bit of shape. Thankfully its just a straight cut and I’m not as attached with my hair so I can get this fixed somewhere else. I was speechless coming out of the salon

Kaylee is niet alleen bijzonder vriendelijk, maar ook een geweldige vakvrouw. Ze luistert aandachtig naar wat je wilt en denkt mee om het beste resultaat te bereiken. Disappointing. I had to wait regarding that I had a booking. The guy wasn’t horrible, but he got the fade on the side wrong. It look like a staircase. For the price I believe I deserve something better. Sorry for the bad review, I usually don’t do it, but this time i got pissed off.
