When your body is a confused ball of chagrin due to the peri/menopause phase, you look for answers. I booked a lymph drain massage at Amanda's to see how my physique responds. Glad I did! Lymph drain massages are gentle to the touch, but thorough on the body with a clear "afterburn". Muscles and body fluids are definitely working! Amanda is a wonderful professional, a good listener and gives solid advice. I learnt something new as well. So, thank you Amanda for this healthy session!
