When you pay Aveda prices you expect a high standard in the services. The problem here is that it felt like a beauty professional was put to do a massage without the proper experience. Probably got a (very) quick training and that's it. No grip, no experience with the types of pressures and touches, the bed was bad positioned to start with too. It was the kind of massage that any good intentioned person could do, but definitely not the one you would expect from an experienced professional.

Unfortunately pedicure specialist was not well trained to know how to work with ingrown nails. She cut nail where you should never cut it, making the problem worse. On the other foot, she cut the skin underneath the nail which makes it painful now to walk. Not experienced staff.
