I'm incredibly unhappy with this appointment and won't be returning.
- I was provided extra services I did not ask for and was not given an opportunity to discuss or consult on. Not only did this increase the overall cost of my treatment but it meant that I was unable to receive the full nail design I had requested. What baffles me is that I should surely be considered a regular and we had communication before the appointment beforehand where all of these things could have been clearly discussed and agreed on at any point before the appointment if Beate was uncomfortable with discussing them at the appointment itself.
- my nails had grown out a bit and I asked for them to be cut to half their length. On 6 nails they were cut shorter than my fingertip length and are actually uncomfortable to the point of painful. One of them Beate caught under my nail with her drill and hours later is no longer bleeding but is especially painful.

The service was beyond my expectations. I was somewhat hesitant about discomfort but everything was completely painless and the results were amazing. My attendant was also very friendly, reassuring, and knowledgeable. She gave me great advice on how to care for any issues I had. Highly recommend.
