The nail technician was very nice and friendly but I was not happy with my nails. I assumed that when I paid for the manicure gel, it meant that I got a manicure and then gel polish which is the norm. However I was charged an extra 15 euro after the appointment. I also paid an extra 15 for a French manicure instead of getting one gel colour so instead of paying 30, I paid 60 and the quality of the french manicure I ended up getting was definitely not worth 60 euro.

Als je een snelle maar goede en hygiënische behandeling wil door een Bosslady... Gewoon hier boeken. Ze werkt snel en netjes. Ik ben erg tevreden.
