I have now gone to Megan's salon 4 times - manicure and pedicure. They do a fabulous job. I have lived in Amsterdam for almost 6 years, and have tried probably 7 nail salons (from the chain nail salon in Amsterdam to fancy places and expensive places like Soap). Every single salon who has done my Shellac, it has come off in 5-7 days - vs. 14 days. (In the USA or UK, it would last 14 days). When I would ask why it would chip so quickly, Amsterdam salons would claim my nails were "too weak" or that it was the "weather" in Amsterdam, hence the difference.
Um, yeah.
Add to that, none of these salons were very nice - overbooking, bad service, etc.
Then I finally came to Megan's salon, she did my nails, and now it's lasting 14+ days, my nails are a lot stronger, and I am really happy.
In addition, Megan's salon is so calm, well-designed, very clean, friendly, and as a bonus, very fair prices.
Highly recommend. :)
(And for you Dutch people reading this, I am American, this is why I get so passionate about nails - you know how we are ;))

Heel goede pedicure met advies over hoe je bepaalde klachten makkelijk kunt verhelpen, zonder dure middeltjes. Dit is mijn vaste plek geworden voor pedicure met shellak!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Merendeel van het personeel sprak matig Nederlands. Er staat bij de spa pedicure dat er gescrubt en gemasseerd werd, niks van waar. Veel geld en weinig voor terug. Mn tenen zijn mooi gelakt en dat is t ook wel

My shellak manicure always lasts 3 weeks without any chipping. Best pedicure with very good callous removal. My favorite salon in Amsterdam!
